Originle is a daily country-guessing game built around the question “Where am I from?” Each round introduces one guest and provides eight clues that become progressively easier. The challenge is to identify a country with a limited number of guesses while preserving as much of your score as you can. The scoring balances information and risk. Revealing a clue costs points, each wrong answer reduces the current score, and an unsuccessful round still awards a score based on closeness. The globe helps you keep a shortlist as clues come in. Guests can represent cultural roots or diaspora rather than current residence, so the answer is about the story the round is asking about. A new round is added daily at midnight Eastern.
How to Play the Originle Game
Controls
Click Play Now above to open the official Originle game in a new tab. Watch the guest introduction first, then use the globe to keep possible countries in view. Reveal one of the eight clues when it can help narrow your choices. You have up to three guesses. Clues cost 250 points at first and rise in 250-point steps to 1,750, so use them when their added detail is worth the score. A wrong answer removes 30% of the current score; the game still scores an unsuccessful round by how close your selected country is. Listen for clues about a guest's cultural roots as well as their life story. A guest may represent diaspora or heritage rather than the country where they live today. A new guest drops daily at midnight Eastern.
