Daily Chronos is a free browser deduction game about well-known historical events, inventions, discoveries and people. Rather than asking for a date, it gives you a sequence of seven hints and asks you to recognize the subject from the clues. Everyone receives the same daily puzzle, which changes at midnight US Central time.
You have one guess for each hint and 25 seconds to answer before the clue is used. Early hints are broad; later ones narrow the possibilities. Common names and small spelling differences count, and the game tells you whether an incorrect answer is close, related, or from the right era or category.
The game can be started without an account. Optional Google sign-in carries a record and streak across devices. Other named modes on the home screen are marked as coming soon. Click Play Now and select TRAVEL to begin.
